problem within one year after the purchasing date will gain free
spare parts and assembling drawings from the company. Beyond the
maintenance period, we will charge the accessories, but the
technical service is still free.

A: We are a Professional Manufacture for Hospital Furniture. We
have two companies, one is Medical King in countryside that
manufacture products, and another one is Dinggong Medical in
downtown that is for trading.
Q2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang, 1 hour far away driving
from Shanghai.
Q3. What is your trading term?
A: 1. Payment term: T/T 50% deposit (at least) after order
confirmed, 50% balance paid against bill of lading, or L/C , or
Western Union for small amount .
2. Lead time: normally in 30 days after deposit received.
3. Sample policy: Samples are always available for each model.
Samples can be ready in 7-15 days once payment received.
